Microsoft finally compiled the public Windows 8 Consumer Preview build, 8250 (Beta version). The public release of the following build its scheduled for later today 29th February. Microsoft announced that they would unveil the Consumer preview version of Windows 8 today during the Mobile World conference in Barcelona, Spain.
